Mark W. Narby, Esq., co-founder of The Social Security Guys, will discuss “Strategies to Retirement Planning” at the next meeting of the WNY Administrative Professionals. The meeting will take place on Thursday, April 14, in the Barton Room on the 8th floor of the Larkin at Exchange Building, 726 Exchange St., Buffalo.
Open to members, interested administrative professionals and guests, the event will feature dinner and networking from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m., Narby’s presentation from 6:15 to 7 p.m., and a Q&A session and organizational updates from 7 to 7:30 p.m. The cost of the meeting and dinner is just $15, and reservations are due by Friday, April 8.
Narby has worked in the financial services industry for nearly 20 years and specializes in working with clients to maximize their income in retirement. Prior to joining the financial services industry, Narby worked with the Erie County District Attorney’s Office as a prosecuting attorney. When he decided to make the move to the financial services industry, Narby worked with a large wire house firm and two of the largest financial services firms in the world. He has been an independent financial professional for the past 15 years, maintaining his FINRA License Series 7, 66, 24 and also his Life, Health & Accident License.
The Social Security Guys believe in an independent, comprehensive approach to retirement, focusing on planning and asset management. They also conduct regular workshops where they educate the public on strategies to maximize Social Security income in retirement and meet individually with clients to talk about income maximization strategies and financial planning.
Narby is a graduate of Fordham University with a dual major in English and philosophy, and from the SUNY at Buffalo School of Law with a concentration in business and securities law.
