Warmer weather and longer days mean spring is here! It also signals the beginning of market season and the arrival of Springtime in the Country, Western New York’s premier artisan market and the most enjoyable spring shopping experience. The event will take place March 22-24 in the Event Center on the Fairgrounds in Hamburg.
This year’s edition of Springtime in the Country highlights products to reinvigorate you, your home and your garden. More than 250 artisans from across the country will feature spa-quality bath and beauty supplies, gourmet foods, craft spirits and wine, home and garden décor, handcrafted furniture, handmade clothing, designer jewelry and spring florals. The event promises to be the perfect destination for Easter shopping, Mother’s Day and seasonal birthdays.
“Much like farmers’ markets in the summer, Springtime in the Country gives you the opportunity to buy straight from the source, and of course, the quality is unsurpassed,” notes Daniel Kaczynski of Premier Promotions. “Springtime in the Country gives a high-profile outlet to artists and artisans who may not otherwise be able to effectively reach their audience. These are handcrafted, American-made products and the people creating them represent the very best of small business.”
Each master craftsperson taking part in Springtime in the Country must pass a strict jury process in which their work is judged. This procedure ensures the quality and integrity of the artisan and their work
Springtime in the Country opens Friday, March 22 from 4 to 9 p.m. and continues Saturday, March 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, March 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p,m, at the Event Center on the Fairgrounds in Hamburg.
Admission is $9 for adults and seniors and complimentary return passes are available at the event’s information booth. Children under 12 are free. Discount tickets for Springtime in the Country are available through March 21 at select locations in Western New York. For more information, please visit www.wnypremierpromotions.com.
