The Arts & Craftsmen Guild on the Historic Roycroft Campus in East Aurora is proud to congratulate and welcome seven newly juried and re-juried artists as of September 2021:
• Jason Baker, Wood Veneer
• Drew Bieler, Woodwork
• Karen Carlton, Oil /Pen & Ink
• Bev Fehringer, Clay
• Paul Fehringer, Wire Sculpture
• Nancy Hall, Acrylic/Watercolor Painting
• David Kutina, Woodwork
Existing juried artists are required to renew their designation every three years. Whether a new applicant or current juried artist, this rigorous and consistent process helps maintain a standard of excellence. It can also be enjoyable, as the jury panel and artists support each other with exchange in conversation. Upon acceptance, juried artists may use the distinctive Triangle Rose shop mark and are recognized as a creator of exemplary work rooted in the Arts & Crafts tradition.
Guild Chair Yvonne Stoklosa shared: “Congratulations to our newly juried and re-juried artists. I’m always in awe of the level of talent and artistry we have in our Guild. They are truly an inspiration to all our members.”
The Arts & Craftsmen Guild is a not-for-profit division of the Roycroft Campus and seeks to promote and preserve the home of the American Arts & Crafts Movement. Its mission is to inspire a positive collaboration amongst the craftsmen, the community and the Roycroft Campus. The Guild has grown to over 60 members, with more than half being juried artists from around the USA and Canada, as well as non-juried artists, supporters and students. Their next jury will take place March 26, 2022.
