Former Major League Baseball player and coach Bobby Valentine will visit Bases Loaded Sports Collectibles from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, for an autograph-signing event. Bases Loaded is located at 2350 Union Road in West Seneca.
Also on Feb. 19, representatives from James Spence Authentication (JSA) will visit Bases Loaded Sports Collectibles from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to perform on-site autograph authentications.
Valentine played for the Los Angeles Dodgers, California Angels, San Diego Padres, New York Mets and Seattle Mariners during his playing career, and later went on to manage the Texas Rangers, New York Mets and Boston Red Sox.
The cost for autographs will be $20 per item. Valentine will also have signed copies of his book available for $25.
