We are currently looking for a large-format operator to work closely with our experienced management team to learn and run the latest large format devices and digital die-cutting devices. In the end, we all want to deliver high-quality results to our loyal customers!
This is a first-shift opportunity, 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $17 to $22 per hour based on your experience. Among your responsibilities will be communicating with account representatives and management about project expectations and deliveries, project management, and managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure projects are delivered on time.
What qualities are we looking for in the ideal candidate? Let’s start with integrity and reliability. Helpful skills include software proficiency, knowledge of large-format operations, organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a team mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Work experience is a great asset but if you have certain capabilities you can be trained to succeed.
