The Buffalo Bandits announced that the team has signed forward Brad McCulley to a two-year contract, pending league approval.
McCulley (6’1”, 200 lbs., 1/31/1997) returns for his third season with the Bandits after posting career highs in games played (15), goals (11), assists (20), points (31) and loose-ball recoveries (26) during his second NLL season in 2022-23. McCulley added six points (3+3) in six playoff games en route to winning the 2023 NLL Championship with Buffalo. The Victoria, British Columbia native has totaled 34 points (12+22) in 20 career NLL games.
McCulley was selected by the Bandits in the first round (9th overall) in the 2020 NLL Entry Draft. He spent three seasons (2018 to 2020) at Robert Morris University, where he finished sixth on the team in goals in each of his last two seasons. In 40 career collegiate games, McCulley recorded 32 points (28+4). The forward made his WLA debut in 2019 for the Langley Thunder and led the team in points (37) while finishing second in goals (20) in 18 games played.
