Chamber of Commerce offers reduced Community Guide pricing to assist businesses

May 20, 2020 | In the News

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused numerous concerns for business owners everywhere, but when New York Pause is lifted, those same businesses and organizations will have to reconnect with their customers and clients though increased advertising and marketing efforts. The West Seneca Chamber of Commerce hopes to ease that burden by dramatically decreasing advertising prices in its 2020 West Seneca Community Guide.

Now in its third year, the Community Guide is a full-color, magazine-style publication featuring articles and important information about the West Seneca Community and beyond. Six-thousand copies of the publication are printed annually, with distribution typically beginning in the fall.

“Our Community Guide has quickly become a highly sought-after publication due to its informative content that gives the product a long shelf life,” said Chamber Executive Director Joe Kirchmyer. “By dramatically reducing advertising prices in 2020, we hope that we will provide a new promotional opportunity for businesses and organizations in our community who need to share important information with the community during these unprecedented times. Our new advertising rate structure should make the Community Guide an affordable advertising option for all.”

Advertising in the West Seneca Community Guide is open to both Chamber members and nonmembers. New pricing rates follow:
Full-page Ad: $1,000 member, $1,100 nonmember
Half-page Ad: $500 member, $575 nonmember
Quarter-page Ad: $250 member, $300 nonmember
Eighth-page Ad: $125 member, $150 nonmember

Color included. Space reservations are due by July 10.
