Conway Beam Truck Group, a 70-year-old family owned company based in Rochester, recently opened a 75,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility at 1500 North America Drive in West Seneca.
Under the leadership of CEO and fourth generation owner Chelsea Conway, the Conway Beam Truck Group, a women-owned business formerly known as Beam Mack Sales & Service Inc., is a heavy and medium duty truck sales, parts, service and full-service leasing company representing Mack, Volvo, Hino and Isuzu trucks. In addition to its West Seneca and Rochester facilities, the company also has locations in Syracuse, Watertown and Elmira. The Conway Beam Truck Group purchased the former Buffalo Truck Center in May 2017.
The brand new West Seneca location features 51 working repair bays, heated floors, master-certified technicians to cover all brands, 20 acres of paved parking lot available for increased stock trucks, and long- and short-term parking options. The facility also includes three compressed natural gas (CNG) service bays separated from the main shop with a gas detection safety system, a five-ton overhead crane, 11,000-square-foot parts warehouse, and a used oil recovery system that fuels the boilers that heat the 50,000-square-foot service center. Drivers can relax in a comfortable lounge with reclining leather cinema seats while their trucks are being serviced.
