A Member’s Exhibit featuring a wide variety of artwork such as watercolor, acrylics, fiber art, pottery, mixed media and more, will debut from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, at Enjoy the Journey Art Gallery, 1168 Orchard Park Road, West Seneca. The exhibit will remain on display through Dec. 30.
A second exhibit, “Anxious” by University at Buffalo student Brianna Rine, will kick off with an opening reception from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, and will remain on display through Dec. 23. Rine’s photography looks at and captures the emotion of anxiety.
Wine, Women & Art with artist Andrea Oswald will be offered from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8. Guests will create two holiday wine glasses decorated with colored Christmas lights. All supplies, including wine and tasty goodies, are included in the $30 class fee.
A basket weaving class — creating two candle baskets with Maureen Quale — takes place from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Dec. 10. This little gem makes a great gift! The class kit comes complete with glass holder and candle. A variety of colors will be available, and the cost is $30.
Decoburst Snowflake Zendala with Kelly Barone is scheduled from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15. In this class, participants will “go big” and create gorgeous Zendalas that are reminiscent of snowflakes on large sheets of 8×8 paper. Guests will add a touch of shimmer on blue, some icy accents and learn about building onto templates. Bring your mini kits and white pens to class with you. The cost is $35.
And acrylic painting class with artist Bernice Smith starts Tuesday, Jan. 17, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. This class is open to beginner and intermediate artists. A class supply list is on the gallery’s website. This class runs for three consecutive Tuesdays and the cost is $60.

A few exhibit openings are still available in 2017. There is 71 liner feet of wall space in three rooms. Exhibits include a reception with a a beverage table and bartender, postcards, plus advertising for $425. Please contact the gallery for more information.
