Larkin Development Group (http://larkindg.com/) is seeking qualified candidates interested in joining our dynamic team and participating in growing our portfolio of development projects. The job location for this posting will be in the Larkin District, Buffalo, N.Y. Full time, third shift.
Job duties will include:
• Changing air filters and maintaining adequate inventory.
• Touch-up painting as necessary, interior/exterior.
• Wall repair as necessary.
• Light plumbing work.
• Hanging whiteboards, shelves, mounting art, etc. to ensure that installs are conducted in accordance with all building standards.
• Diagnose and resolve minor electrical & HVAC issues. Larger MEP issues will be resolved though outsourced mechanical contractors.
• Continually be informed and keep the Property Manager informed of developments pertaining to all mechanical operations noted during your shift.
• Manual dexterity, good problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to organize and prioritize tasks are required.
• Respond in a timely manner to all email, phone calls, text message from supervisor and security staff personnel.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property environment.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Must pass background check.
• Able to work in team environment in third shift hours.
