Delicious food and amazing vehicles will be featured at the fifth annual Taste of West Seneca and West Seneca PBA Car Show event slated from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 1. The event takes place on Union Road, which will be closed to traffic from Main Street to Center Road, and on the grass in front of and adjacent to Town Hall.
Hundreds of vehicles are expected to participate in the car show, while approximately a dozen local eateries will be on hand to provide a “taste” of some of their most popular culinary delights. For the first time, this year’s Taste event is going ticketless; customers can now pay directly to each of the food vendors. Live music by Legacy and a fun Kids Zone featuring free martial arts classes, appearances by the Justice League of WNY, a bounce house, face painting and more will also be highlighted.
Also during the event, the West Seneca Art Society will host an art exhibit at the West Seneca Community Center & Library at 1300 Union Road.
Event sponsors include Financial Trust Federal Credit Union, Horizon Martial Arts, Rusty Nickel Brewing Co., Seneca Health Care Center, Sgroi Financial, Shell Fab Countertops & Casework, Sunbelt Rentals and the Western New York Federal Credit Union.
Several non-food vendors and nonprofit organizations will also host community tables during the event, so please stop by for helpful information and other surprises!
