Hamburg Chamber of Commerce rebrands, offers new website

Feb 24, 2017 | Local News

In anticipation of their 90th anniversary this year, the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce began the first phase of their rebranding efforts last fall by working with local designer Jim Bitten from 44 Communication Design for a new logo to represent their evolution.

To complete their new look, a new website was launched on Monday, Feb. 20. The site was designed with the evolving business landscape and resident culture in mind. It offers more information with new features such a mobile-friendly interface, a Job Openings page featuring members hiring from all over WNY, a new and improved member directory showcasing member organizations in more detail, helpful links regarding the Hamburg and Blasdell farmers’ markets, and a new extensive community calendar available to any organization to post events for free.

The HCC is a not-for-profit bipartisan member organization that works with member businesses as a general resource from strategy and planning to marketing and building relationships. Another primary function of the Chamber is attracting visitors from all over WNY to spend time and contribute to the local economy. The new website makes it much easier for members and visitors to get information on everything throughout WNY. There are also business resource listings for the town of Hamburg and the villages of Hamburg and Blasdell.

With the help of The Quilted Squirrel, the site was not only re-designed but a new custom database was also created to make things as easy as possible for members to enhance their business listings, get information and make transactions a snap. Please visit www.hamburg-chamber.org for more information.

The Chamber is hosting a complimentary cocktail party for members only on Monday, March 13, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at JP Fitzgerald’s. If you are a Hamburg Chamber of Commerce member, you can RSVP by calling 649-7917 or registering online.
