Hamburg Farmers’ Market delays opening of 43rd season

Apr 24, 2020 | Events

This year the 43rd Hamburg Farmers’ Market has postponed opening until June 6. Typically, the market opens the first Saturday in May and runs through the last Saturday in October each year.

In the meantime, there is still a way to get your favorite market items. Just because the market is not physically open, many of the vendors are offering safe pickup and delivery options for those that want to call or go online to place an order.

To help support local farmers, ranchers and homesteaders, you can take advantage of the easy pickup or delivery options. Multiple local products are available including beautiful annual, perennial, potted and herb and vegetable starter plants; produce like greens, mushrooms and radishes; eggs; meats; alpaca products; nuts; sauces and rubs; honey; maple products; French pastries and baked goods; wine and many more specialty items.

For a full list of vendor offerings, visit www.southtownsregionalchamber.org/explore-hamburg/farmers-market/ or visit the Hamburg Farmers’ Market page on Facebook. Follow the Hamburg Farmers’ Market on Facebook and Instagram for updates, day-of-market offerings, agriculture news, recipes and more.
