Sole’ @ Woodlawn Beach, a Western New York summertime hot spot operated and catered by Ilio DiPaolo’s Restaurant, is undergoing an expansion. Plans call for the addition of much-needed storage and kitchen space and expansion of the outdoor patio area to accommodate more guests as they comfortably enjoy outdoor activities such as live music and sporting events around the open-air bar.
Inside the lodge, reconfiguration of a portion of the indoor event center will increase the capacity of banquet room seating. Vince Ricotta, VP of Business Development for Concept Construction, said: “Working with Dennis and Ilio DiPaolo is such a pleasure.
