Concept Construction Corp was recently selected as the general contractor to work on the Lactalis Whey Plant expansion project. Located at 2375 South Park Ave. in Buffalo, plans include a 7,600-square-foot, eight-story Evaporator Building and a 4,000-square-foot Power House. Vince Ricotta, Concept’s VP of Business Development, said that work began at the end of September 2023 and is scheduled to be complete by late spring 2024.
