Feb 2, 2016 | Lifestyles

Lockport’s Nick D’Angelo will once again appear on television in February, highlighting his tattooing skills. “Ink Master” on Spike TV will be airing a Valentine’s Day-themed show featuring four of its veteran artists.

FullSizeRender-3According to the episode’s description, “Four of the most passionate artists ever to compete — Nick D’Angelo, Mystical Mike, Ashley Bennett and Julia Carlson — battle for 10K by inking symbols of Valentine’s Day on love-obsessed canvases.”

The hour-long episode will air at 10 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9. D’Angelo said the competition features three separate challenges, each with a love theme.

D’Angelo also appeared in an episode that first aired in October, on what was called “Ink Master: Redemption.” That episode gave him a chance for redemption with the client that he tattooed during an episode on which he was sent home in the second season of Ink Master.

During that episode, D’Angelo said he was able to do something very unique, that no other contestant had done before. He got the chance to tattoo a small dagger on the show’s host/judge, Dave Navarro.
