Mount Mercy Academy will host its first annual Boardwalk Bash on Saturday, Feb. 10. The evening event will be held at Mount Mercy from 7 until 10 p.m. and will feature carnival cuisine and attractions. Proceeds from the event will be used to support the 22nd McAuley Gala, which raises money for scholarships, educational advancements and improvements in classroom equipment and technology.
The evening is for those 21 and over and will feature pizza and draft beer. There will also be cotton candy and popcorn available, as well as games such as Cash Box, High Striker, Plinko, Boulder Roll, Bull Ring Toss and Driving Skills. A DJ and photo booth will be available as well.
This event is open to the general public and all are welcome to attend. Alumnae who have lost touch with their classmates and Mount Mercy Academy are encouraged to attend and reconnect. Tickets are $25 but groups of five will pay a discounted rate of $100.
Corporate sponsorships are still being accepted. Through a sponsorship, there are several ways your company will be recognized including:
• Name in the winter issue of the school’s Alumnae Magazine that reaches 10,000+ readers.
• Link and logo on Mount Mercy Academy’s website, with 1,000+ hits each month.
• Recognition on social media platforms with an audience of 4,000+.
• Name on the school’s electronic sign on Red Jacket Parkway.
• Signage at event.
