Once again in 2022, Mount Mercy’s popular Breakfast with Santa event will be held at the same time as the second annual Winter Market. The breakfast will be held in two sessions on Dec. 10 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., while the annual Winter Market will be held simultaneously.
The first Breakfast with Santa session will be held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and the second session will run from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. This will allow for more spacing and a safer environment for all. Registration is limited for each session. A party of 10 may purchase a table for $85. A group of four may purchase a table for $45 with the option of adding up to four adults or children at an additional cost of $10 for each adult or child. Seating for the event will be in groups of 10. The event will include a light breakfast and a gift for each child, as well as the ever-popular visit with Santa.
The annual Winter Market features local vendors who are selling their products in time for Christmas shopping. Admittance to the Winter Market is free and the public may come just for the market. The market will run from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. There are currently 30 vendors planning to attend the market.
Applications for vendors are still being accepted. Vendors must provide their own table and there is a cost of $45.
