St. Joseph University School, the longest continuously running Catholic school in the Diocese of Buffalo, is announcing a new program of scholarships and financial aid for students entering the school in September. SJUS is located at 3275 Main St.
With the help of many generous donors and parishioners who are committed to the mission of St. Joseph University School, a scholarship fund has been set up to help families looking for a school to provide a quality K-8 education for their children. SJUS is a Catholic school built on a strong academic curriculum centered in Christian values. It serves children from diverse faith, ethnicities and socioeconomic backgrounds and helps prepare students to be life-long learners.
Families may apply for scholarships and financial aid as soon as they apply to St. Joseph University School. Information can be found on the school’s website at sjsbuffalo.org or by calling the school at (716) 835-7395.
Current SJUS families can earn a tuition voucher of $1,000 by referring a new family that registers with the school.
Bussing to SJUS is available through the Buffalo Public Schools if a resident of Buffalo. Most surrounding suburbs will also provide transportation.
SJUS offers students a strong academic curriculum — balanced with many opportunities in art and music — through field experiences with community partners.
