Ombis2 Alien Awakening, which follows Haley Greenheart (Buffalo/Rochester native Paige Cummings) as she attempts to expose an alien invasion cover up featured in the original film Ombis Alien Invasion (filmed in Angola in 2012), will come to West Seneca in June for filming. Haley quickly discovers that the invasion is not over, and something is awakening!
Released in 2013, the original film told a 1950’s-style alien invasion story in a village whose glory days were long past. It begins to infect the townsfolk, making them host to an alien plague known as Ombis. The virus is not the only thing that has invaded this small community. A creature known only as the Nemesis has arrived to contain the alien plague. It is up to a small group of uninfected survivors to fight the invasion and make it out alive. You can stream the original film on all your favorite streaming platforms such as iTunes, Tubi, Amazon Prime, YouTube, VUDU and more.
