Pacific Underground Catering, located at 700 Main St. in East Aurora, has announced plans for several classes and events throughout the month of October.
October classes include the following:
• Saturday, Oct. 8, Apple Fritters and Omelets, youth ages 7-10 from 9 to 11 a.m. and ages 11-15 from noon to 2 p.m., $30
• Monday, Oct. 10, Paninis and Fresh Chips, youth ages 7-10 from 9 to 11 a.m. and ages 11-15 from noon to 2 p.m., $35
• Tuesday, Oct. 11, Gnocchi with Roasted Fresh Tomato Sauce, adult, 6 to 8 p.m., $40
• Wednesday, Oct. 12, Saltimbocca Chicken with Roasted Vegetables, adult, 6 to 8 p.m., $45
• Saturday, Oct. 15, Noodle Bowls, youth ages 7-10 from 9 to 11 a.m. and ages 11-15 from noon to 2 p.m., $40
• Tuesday, Oct. 18, Homemade Ricotta, adult, 6 to 8 p.m., $30
• Wednesday, Oct. 19, Butternut Ravioli, adult, 6 to 8 p.m., $40
• Saturday, Oct. 22, Pumpkin Bread with Cinnamon Butter, youth ages 7-10 from 9 to 11 a.m. and ages 11-15 from noon to 2 p.m., $30
• Tuesday, Oct. 25 and Wednesday, Oct. 26, Appetizers, adult, 6 to 8 p.m., $55
Additionally, Pacific Underground Catering will host an art exhibit opening titled “Trees” from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21 and will participate in the “Ciao Italia” event at St. Mary’s High School in Lancaster on Saturday, Oct. 29.
