A five-course Mediterranean Table Dinner with wine pairings, featuring delicious culinary offerings from Italy, Spain, Lebanon, Egypt and France, will take place at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, at Pacific Underground Catering (PUC), located at 700 Main St. in East Aurora. The dinner is part of chef and owner Marleta Stansberry’s Underground Dinner Club series.
