Pacific Underground Catering, located at 700 Main St. in East Aurora, will host a wine pairing event with local wine expert Heather Roycroft from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 29. Unique food pairings prepared by Pacific Underground Catering owner and chef Marleta Stansberry will also be featured.
The cost for this special culinary event is just $60 per person or $100 per couple when paid in advance, or $70 per person and $110 per couple at the door. Five unique appetizers will be served with specially selected wine pairings.
