The Roycroft Campus invites you to step into the spirited side of history with Whiskey for Garcia, an exclusive after-hours event where fine whiskey meets fascinating storytelling — all set against the stunning backdrop of a National Historic Landmark.
On Thursday, July 31 from 6 to 8 p.m., guests 21 and over can enjoy a guided tasting led by Roycroft Campus Board President and certified whiskey sommelier Erik Eustice, featuring three distinctive whiskey samples poured in three unique locations across the Campus. Think of it as a walking tour with a delicious twist.
Along the way, the Roycroft Campus’s Program Director Alan Nowicki will keep things flavorful with engaging stories from the Campus’s past, including the legacy of founder Elbert Hubbard and his iconic essay “A Message to Garcia.” You’ll sip on beautifully crafted spirits while soaking up tales of artistry, vision, and a whole lot of character.
Tickets include:
• Three top-shelf whiskey tastings
• A souvenir “Whiskey for Garcia” glass to take home
• A food pairing kit for the perfect nibble between sips
• A side of Roycroft Campus history, served with charm
Guests must be 21 years or older to attend. For those who wish to accompany a friend but prefer to remain whiskey-free, a $10 donation is accepted for designated drivers. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged. All proceeds from this event support the restoration and preservation of the Roycroft Campus.
