Through Feb. 19, adoption fees for all animals one year and older (and rabbits of any age) are 50% off! In addition, the SPCA will be offering a 20% discount on adoption starter kits from the SPCA’s Petique. But that’s not all! When you come in to adopt during this timeframe, you and your new pet will both go home with a sweet treat.
