Spectrum Health and Human Services will host a free online webinar, “WNY Women Talk Mental Health,” on Thursday, April 4 at 1 p.m. The webinar is presented on Zoom (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87339756926) and on Spectrum Health’s Facebook page.
Participants will discuss mental wellness topics that are top of mind in our community, including the continuing opioid crisis, youth and how they are coping post-pandemic, and managing wellness during stressful times. The audience is invited to submit questions through the Facebook livestream, too.
