Susan Palmer, an attorney with more than 20 years of residential and commercial real estate experience, has joined The Olear Team at MJ Peterson Real Estate as an associate real estate broker.
Palmer is a National Association of Home Builders Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and a National Association of Realtors Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She is also certified as a Move Management and Staging Specialist by the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO). Throughout her legal career, Palmer worked on behalf of her clients on various legal matters, including but not limited to negotiations, contracts and closings. She earned a BS from Buffalo State College, MA from Canisius College and JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
In addition to her legal experience, Palmer is a retired educator with 20 years of experience teaching in secondary education.
A long-term resident of Western New York, she is an active member of her community, serving on the Town of Amherst and Village of Williamsville Historic Preservation Commissions where she has contributed to preserving the history and character of the community. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, reading and traveling during her free time.
With her extensive legal and educational background and outstanding communication and organizational skills, Palmer’s unique perspective enables her to provide exceptional service to her clients.
