With the holidays fast approaching, the 40-plus members of the Red Blazer Men’s Chorus are encouraging music lovers to purchase tickets in advance for their popular Red Blazin’ Christmas Varieties Show! Performances will take place at 2 p.m. Dec. 2 & 3 in Sweet Home Middle School, 4150 Maple Road, Amherst.
“Our singers have been hard at work preparing a wonderful holiday program with familiar musical selections and unique arrangements,” said David Henry, president of the Red Blazer Men’s Chorus. “To celebrate our 75th anniversary, we are adding an incredibly talented pit orchestra that will bring special pizzaz to our show. We will also have humorous skits, jokes and surprises that you just don’t want to miss. We invite our guests to dress in holiday attire for the Varieties Show as it makes for a more festive event for all!”
Tickets for the holiday shows begin at just $10 each and can be purchased on the Red Blazer Men’s Chorus website at redblazermenschorus.com/tickets.
The Chorus is always accepting new members. There is no audition to join, just a love of music and performing. Singers must be 18 years of age or older.
