The West Seneca Chamber of Commerce will host its 31st annual golf tournament on Wednesday, Aug. 3, at Harvest Hill Golf Course located at 3052 Transit Road.
“This is our largest fundraising event of the year and our participants and sponsors always have a great time networking and playing 18 holes,” said Joe Kirchmyer, executive director of the West Seneca Chamber of Commerce. “As long as the weather is on our side, I can guarantee everyone will have a great time!”
In addition to a traditional scramble format, the outing will feature lunch, dinner, door prizes, a sports memorabilia/silent auction, split club and other raffles, pizza and beverages on the course, and several contests including closest to the pin, longest drive and putting. There will also be prizes for the golfers with the best team score, as well as other surprises throughout the day!
The cost is $125 per golfer, and foursomes are encouraged. Please note that you do not have to be a Chamber member to participate.
Numerous sponsorship levels priced at $100, $500, $1,000, $2,000 and $4,000 are available; $1,000 and $2,000 sponsorships include a foursome, and the $4,000 naming rights sponsorship includes two foursomes. Companies already committed to sponsorships include SynchroNet, Gardenville Blooms & Toomey Family, GEICO Local Office West Seneca and Great Lakes Pizza Company!
The Chamber is also looking for prize donations such as gift cards, silent auction items, big ticket raffle items, and bottles of liquor or wine. Please contact the Chamber for more information.
