Main Street Marketplace, West Seneca’s popular open-air farmers’ and food producers’ marketplace sponsored by the Western New York Federal Credit Union, will wrap up its 2016 season on Thursday, Sept. 1, with Customer Appreciation Day! The market takes place from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday evenings on the grassy hill at the corner of Union Road and Main Street, next to West Seneca Town Hall.
The outdoor venue features approximately 25 vendors selling a wide variety of products. Cub Scout Pack 616 will host the market’s community group table on Sept. 1, while Nowhere Men will provide musical entertainment from approximately 5:30 to 7 p.m.
For Customer Appreciation Day, several vendors will offer discounts to help you stock up on products for the long off-season!
While some picnic tables are provided at the market, guests are invited to bring a blanket or chairs for their comfort. Well-behaved dogs are allowed on a leash. The market is rain or shine; in the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the market moves into the parking lot in front of the West Seneca Ice Rink.
