West Seneca Central School District’s Music Department is pleased to announce that seven students were invited to represent East and West Senior High Schools and the district at the 81st annual New York State School Music Association Conference held Dec. 1-4 in Rochester.
The students were selected after performing at NYSSMA solo auditions last spring and were chosen based on the outstanding scores they received. These students rank among the best student musicians in the entire state.
East Senior was represented by Joseph Greenan (mixed chorus), Noah Luthart (symphony orchestra) and Matthew Shaw (symphonic band). West Senior was represented by Megan Lattanzio (mixed chorus), Nathan Roberts (vocal jazz), Rebekah Scharf (women’s choir) and Eric Stoehr (vocal jazz). Congratulations and thank you for making West Seneca proud!
