The West Seneca Chamber of Commerce, a nonprofit, membership-based business organization, seeks a part-time executive assistant. This is a 10-hour-per-week position.
Responsibilities of the executive assistant include weekly QuickBooks entries and banking, general office duties, social media updates, dealing with Chamber members and nonmembers, and assisting with a wide variety of events.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with outstanding organizational and communication skills. Experience with QuickBooks, copywriting, graphic design and/or photography would be very helpful. Reliable transportation is a must.
